Dr. Alia Issa, PhD, is an accomplished Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specializing exclusively in cosmetic eyelid surgery, as well as reconstructive and revisional procedures for the eyes and surrounding tissues. Based at Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai in Dubai Healthcare City, Dr. Alia focuses on both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, providing expert care for conditions affecting the eyelids, orbit, and tear ducts.
Dr. Alia is a German board-certified ophthalmologist with over 14 years of regional and international experience. She completed her medical education and residency at top institutions in Germany, including Schlosspark Hospital Berlin, an academic hospital affiliated with Charité University. She also holds a PhD in Ophthalmology from the University of Dresden.
